Terms and Conditions for Payment Plan Enrollment for Flamenco Guitar Mastery4U  

 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Flamenco Guitar Mastery4U™ ("the School") through a payment plan. By enrolling in the School and choosing a payment plan, you agree to the following:

1. Enrollment and Payment Plan Agreement

1.1. Enrollment in the School is contingent upon adherence to the payment plan you have selected at the time of registration.
1.2. You agree to pay each installment on or before the due date specified in your payment schedule.

2. Enrollment Status

2.1. You are considered "in good standing" and actively enrolled in the School as long as your payment plan is current.
2.2. Failure to make a payment by the due date will result in a delinquent status and may lead to suspension or termination of your enrollment, including access to course materials, live lessons, or any other resources provided by the School.

3. Permanent Enrollment Status

3.1. You are deemed a permanent student of the School upon the successful completion of all installment payments as outlined in your payment plan.
3.2. Permanent students retain lifetime access to the course materials, subject to the School’s policies on updates and revisions to the course content.

4. Missed Payments and Reinstatement

4.1. If a payment is missed, the School will provide a grace period of 7 days to allow you to make the payment.
4.2. After the grace period, failure to pay will result in suspension of enrollment.
4.3. Reinstatement of your enrollment will be subject to the payment of all outstanding balances.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. All payments are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in the School and agreeing to a payment plan, you understand and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
5.2. This policy applies regardless of your progress in the course or the date of cancellation of enrollment.

6. Modification of Payment Terms

6.1. The School reserves the right to modify the terms of the payment plan with prior notice.
6.2. Changes will not affect any payment plans already in progress without mutual agreement.

7. Termination of Enrollment

7.1. The School reserves the right to terminate your enrollment in cases of repeated non-payment or violation of other terms outlined in the Student Agreement.
7.2. Upon termination, access to all course materials, lessons, and resources will be revoked.
